Inspired by Art Work on Clifton Hill

By David Smith July 30, 2009

She acted like a painting as I starred her up and down.

No sign of emotion as her face was so profound.

A tremendous vision of beauty;

But emotion’s out the door.

O so flat and lifeless

Her beauty was in store.

Her dress so short and legs so long

Hidden personality in the artist was found

He painted her with rhythm and style

Leaning against the pillar

She will be there for a while.

    Photo: This photograph is downloaded from flickr. This picture was taken before the girl got painted. Doug was the artist. I was fascinated by the way he created the bricks and the pillars.
