Fresh Garden Soup

Fresh Garden Soup

By David Smith Inspired by Brighton Café September 23, 2009

A vegetable soup, fresh leafy flakes;

Heated up good, the flavour it bakes.

Every bite, a symphony;

A freshness appeal;

The broth, with flavour;

The warmth that we feel.

It’s only a soup, but warmth that it gives.

A joy in the heart, a life we can live.

A vegetable soup, a symphony of taste;

Remember the tune; don’t let it go to waste.

A vegetable soup; fresh leafy flakes;

Brighton Café; Main at North is the place.

  1. Awesome David.
    I can smell it, taste it, and see it!
    You got what I want people to get from it.
