Walk to School Without Fear
By David Smith April 11, 2012
Kids driven to school;
Out of love, we can be so cruel.
They depend on us to hold their hand
Protect them from predators throughout the land
I see them driven to school in droves
Parents lead them by the hand and nose
It’s sad, the exercise and determination they lack
But on the computer they learn to hack.
All the diseases that may affect middle age
Are now attracting the teenage stage
So we should all shed a tear
And teach our youth to walk without fear.
