Three Little Boys

Three Little Boys
By David Smith September 16, 2015
The oldest and the youngest perched up in a tree
And the middle boy inside grasping controls of a TV

Doesn’t want to play up high
With a tremendous fear of heights
To understand the situation, as phobia has its frights

Three little boys, different as they mature
The personalities in a family as attitudes so endure
All have opportunities, with parents and support around
The diversity of interest, that is so profound

Three little boys with personality all their own
Their dreams and aspirations so integrally woven

Three little boys with the same mom and dad
To amplify uniqueness, diversity is not so bad.
