Mirror Image is Real

Mirror Image is Real

By David Smith October 4, 2016

She walks along the window sill

With feather duster in her hand

Observing her reflection, outside she appears to stand

It’s only her reflection

She is hid behind a post

When she comes in view,

I thought I saw a ghost

Mirror images are tricky and they are very real

The original and reflection can change the way we feel

So I see the images in water and in glass

In beaches and in mud puddles

In shadows and in class

The mirror image we observe, from the angle that we see

Creates points of view, that involves both you and me

So I see reflection, how opinions come about

And distorting facts, as truth, it is let out.
